This notice describes the current public website configuration. Personal-information collection and measurement features remain limited to the functions explicitly commissioned for production.
Current data handling
Hosting and security infrastructure may process routine technical request information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and requested URLs to deliver, secure, monitor, and operate the site. Project Gateway information is processed only when the production intake service is explicitly enabled.
Analytics and performance measurement
Network analytics remain disabled in the current application configuration. The internal analytics event adapter does not transmit data to a network provider while analytics are disabled.
Cookies and tracking
Monarch does not enable marketing or behavioral advertising tracking in the current release. If a future feature requires an essential security or session mechanism, that mechanism must remain limited to its stated operational purpose.
Feature activation
Before a new analytics, advertising, personalization, or data-collection feature is enabled, this notice must be reviewed against the actual provider, purpose, data destination, retention approach, and any consent or rights requirements that apply to the deployment.
Privacy contact
A dedicated public privacy channel will be published before Monarch activates a feature that requires direct privacy requests through this website. Do not submit sensitive or regulated information through the Project Gateway.
